AUTOMATIC CARPARK LABEL RENEWAL
Car Park Permit Guidelines
To park a car on club premises, members must hold a valid parking label.
Each membership account can apply for a maximum of five car park permits, with a fee of $2310 for each permit
Members are allowed to park a maximum of two cars at the Club on weekdays and only one car on weekends and holidays.
The vehicle registered owner must be the club member or their spouse.

Note1: The annual fee is non-refundable and valid from January to December 2026. If you join later in the year, the fee will not be prorated.
Note2: Any changes to car registration should be applied at least three (3) days in advance with a copy of new vehicle registration document. The previously issued parking permit must be returned.
Application/Renewal Procedure
New Applications
Please complete the application form and email it to info@abclubhk.com with a copy of the vehicle registration document. For company cars, please include an authorisation letter.

Annual Renewal
Renewal confirmation emails were sent to members in early November. If you do not wish to renew your car park label or need to update your details, please contact Ms. Amy at 2518 9517 or info@abclubhk.com before 15th November 2025.
All 2026 car park labels will be issued by 15th December 2025. Any amendments after issuance will incur an administration fee.

Guest Parking
Pre-registration is required for all guest vehicles.
Availability: Guest parking is limited and available on weekdays only (Monday- Friday, excluding Public Holidays), subject to club operating hours.
Member Presence: The sponsoring members must be present at the Club for the duration of their guest’s visit.
Registration: Members must register for guest parking at least 2 hours in advance by calling 2518 9500 or emailing booking@abclubhk.com . Unregistered vehicles may be denied entry.
Fees: The guest parking fee is HK$100 for the first three hours and HK$50 for each subsequent hour. Fees will be charged to the member’s account.
Disclaimer:
The Security Guard reserves the right to refuse entry to any unregistered vehicles or if the car park is full. Misuse of parking facilities will result in penalties as per club's bye-laws.
