As a result of the passage of the New Companies Ordinance in March 2014, members are now entitled to appoint proxies at Meetings of the Club. Further to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Club sent to you on 8th October 2014, we advise that a member is entitled to appoint a proxy, who may or may not be a member of the Club. An instrument of proxy shall be in writing under the hand of the appoint or and shall be deposited at the Club not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the Annual General Meeting.
