RESPONSABILITIES Managing a fleet of over 100 dinghies & other water based activities such as Paddle Boarding, Kayaking. Budgeting and financial results. Coaching, a team of 29ers and optimist at the highest level. Sail Training, Club Members and the community all RYA and HKSF syllabus. Dinghy racing management and promotion.
