The Champagne Barons de Rothschild blanc de blanc (highlight of the night) is a rich, complex and ethereal wine, made only with Chardonnay from the Champagne region’s best terroirs. This unique landscape gives the wine its fine bubbles, its pale golden colour and its subtle aromas of white fruit. It has a low dosage.
