General Committee

The General Committee is the Board of Directors for the Aberdeen Boat Club. It is here that major decisions are made before being actioned by the executive arm, under the General Manager. Membership to the General Committee (6 Flag Officers and 6 Members) is by election at the Annual General Meeting for a term of 2 years. The Commodore is the Chair of this committee. Members of this committee are expected to undertake various tasks arising from matters discussed. Three further committees handle detailed issues of the Club, and report their progress, monthly, to the General Committee.
